Sienna Private Credit

Sienna Private Credit designs and structures investment products and solutions to meet the needs of institutional investors. Its initiatives focus mainly on financing real assets and direct lending to economic actors in four sectors of activity: commercial real estate, the public sector, collateralised corporate financing, and infrastructure (primarily renewable energy). Sienna Private Credit (formerly Acofi Gestion) is an independent financial services group founded in 1990. As of 2011, Sienna Private Credit has chosen to focus on designing, structuring and deploying debt funds on behalf of institutional investors in order to offer them unique and low-volatility investment solutions, mainly by diversifying their fixed-income segment. The company carries out business in the form of funds, discretionary management, and funds of funds. Sienna Private Credit is an AIFM portfolio management company, approved by the AMF since 1997, and since 2022 an entity of Sienna Investment Managers group, alternative investments hub specialized in real assets and private equity through investments in non-listed companies (direct or via funds) and present in 7 countries (Luxembourg, London, Paris, Hamburg, Amsterdam, Madrid and Seoul). As at 31 December 2021, Sienna Private Credit funds represent €2.5 billion AUM.
