Sierra Harm Reduction Coalition

We at the Sierra Harm Reduction Coalition provide a of community-based Harm Reduction services in El Dorado County to improve the quality of life of people who use drugs. We believe in the safety of our community. We respect the rights and autonomy of people who use drugs. Our services include safer using kit distribution, syringe exchange, litter cleanup, disease testing, disposal containers, naloxone training and referrals to essential services. We are building collaborations with a network of service providers, such as substance use disorder treatment, mental health and social services. We help each other help each other.
