Sigia

Sigia is an independent consultancy providing specialized support in the field of public health to governments, national and international health and development agencies, as well as civil society organizations. Sigia was founded in 2019 by two medical specialists in public health and includes partners and associated consultants with experience in countries and organizations from around the world. We use state-of-the art and sound methodology from different fields of research to provide clear and transparent results. Through on-site studies, analysis of secondary data, and literature reviews we develop evidence-based guides, strategies and tools, and we deliver the knowledge needed to tailor interventions. For controversial topics we organize and facilitate workshops of experts to reach evidence-informed consensus. At the national or community level we support all steps of capacity building projects, from the evaluation of existing capacities to the development and implementation of tailored plans of action.
