Sigma Capital Partners, through its affiliate private equity funds – Sigma Opportunity Fund, LLC and Sigma Opportunity Fund II, LLC – provides long-term growth and restructuring capital for Micro-Cap public companies. The Fund was created to capitalize on the large market inefficiencies inherent in the Micro-Cap public segment.
