We are experienced in low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise construction and have built Hotels under many brand names. During the 1980’s we successfully developed our own Hotel Franchise, known as Signature Inns. We opened 7 hotels in the Greater Toronto Area under this flag. These Hotels were subsequently sold and re-branded to Holiday Inns, Best Westerns, Radisson, and others. We designed and built the award-winning Lifestyle Community known as The Cabins at Sun Peaks Resort in British Columbia, Canada. Purchasers there saw their values double in 5 years. We recently completed developing Sophie’s Landing Lakeside Club, a $66M gated waterfront community in Orillia, Ontario. Sophie’s Landing is over 95% sold and built-out. This project won 2 Urban Design Awards and is the leading Lifestyle Community in Ontario. Our main service is custom home designing and building.
