We are renowned for our strategic and practical approach in running a project development through the environmental regulatory approval processes, and managing environmental obligations and compliance requirements during mine operational phases. We offer the following life of mine services: SCOPING STAGE - Strategic environmental scoping and scheduling- Project management (build environmental team). PFS STAGE - Coordinate the delivery of environmental and water studies as part of environmental impact assessment (EIA) process. DFS STAGE - Completion of regulatory environmental approvals and licensing documentation- Build environmental, social and governance (ESG) and environmental management systems (EMS). CONSTRUCTION STAGE - Implementation of environmental approval and other stakeholder obligations, including ESG and EMS. OPERATIONAL STAGE - Site environmental management/ monitoring support- Mine rehabilitation/ closure planning- Environmental compliance auditing and reporting. DIVESTMENT STAGE - Environmental due diligence assessments as part of acquisition process.
