SiLiMiXT is a start-up company that provides: • Homogeneous porous silicon wafers (Ø 2, 4, 6 and 8’’), • Silicon wafers with localized porous silicon areas, for industry and research purposes. • Flakes and Powders of porous silicon • Porous Silicon Membranes, flexibles and fully porous • Bragg mirror like reflectors SiLiMiXT works also to develop process and ad-hoc equipments for its customers who want to integrate porous silicon patterns in their product wafers. By producing both porous silicon wafers and process/equipments, SiLiMiXT works continuously to improve the quality of its products.
