Founder and Creative Director, Eric Monteiro, started his career as a photographer in Paris France, creating images for Lancôme, Ralph Lauren, Van Cleef & Arpels, Petrossian, Perrier and L’Oréal amongst others. He went on to work at Young & Rubicam as a Creative Director/Art Director for 14 years, before starting Silver and Pixel Productions. Whether we act as a full service production company, providing our own photographers and directors, or whether we provide executive production services, we are producers, directors and photographers ourselves and therefore have hands on experience in every element of the technical and creative aspects of production. We are proud tech geeks, passionate about every aspect of the technical process of TV Commercial; Music Video and Still Photo Production. In addition to using rental equipment, we own our own equipment, including a Red Dragon Camera and lenses custom made for us in England. We are proud to serve clients such as Colgate Palmolive and Revlon, from lifestyle, film and stills, to high fashion and music videos. Silver and Pixel has offices in Paris and Portugal, but our main office is in Miami, where we have access to a booming production industry. Miami boasts top modeling and talent agencies in addition to talented film and photography crews. Miami also has great studios; sound stages and stunning outdoor locations, at lower costs than other major US and European production hubs.
