As an independent family-owned company, simatec ag has been impressing customers with its outstanding and innovative products for almost 40 years. At the headquarters in Wangen an der Aare in the middle of Switzerland, motivated employees research, develop and produce innovative solutions with high customer benefits. One of the core elements of the success is the gas producing dry cell. Using the gas producing dry cell, liquids or high viscous substances can easily and precisely be dispensed (even over longer periods of time). The cell is an ideal drive solution to realize a very small, compact medical device system, with a small ecological footprint. Company background : simatec ag is an independent, internationally operating Swiss family business and has been managed in the second generation since 2005 by Mischa N. Wyssmann. Since its foundation in 1983, the team has been engineering and manufacturing innovative products for the maintenance of rolling bearings. To date, the subsidiaries simatec inc. in Charlotte USA, and simatec GmbH in Pforzheim, Germany have started their operations. In other countries, simatec ag is involved in joint ventures.
