SIMBA Multibelt Sorting System launched in 2021 greatly expand the range of cargo types and weights by the idea of “one-parcel-multi-carries”, helping distribution center to achieve the goal of one-stop sorting. Simba Multibelt is an arrangement of equally spaced carries in a vertical loop. The carries are flexibly assigned according to the size of the goods entering the line, and multiple carries move in concert to transport the goods to the designated position and then feed them smoothly into the chute. It adopts linear motor drive, and infrared signal synchronization methods, and combines the advantages of crossbelt, shoes, wheels, linear, and other mature sorting technologies into one. we expect the application innovations can be of interest to marketing.
