Simien Lodge

The highest hotel in Africa, built in the Simien Mountains of Ethiopia. Perfect for trekking and visiting some of the rare wildlife of this fascinating country. The hotel is small and exclusive and caters for clients who generally have already visited many of the african wildlife parks. There are 20 main rooms and 2 family rooms. The main wildklife are gelada monkeys, walia ibex and Simien wolf, all of which are endemic to Ethiopia. But there are also some leopard, hyena, jackal and serval cat.
