Simluc Contractors Limited was incorporated in 1973, as a commercial/industrial roofing and sheet metal contracting firm in its originating city of Sudbury, Ontario. From the time of its incorporation the company grew, both in size and capabilities, establishing itself as one of the leading flat and low slope roofing contractors in Northern Ontario. In 1993, the Simluc organization decided to expand its market geographically and opened a branch operation in Ottawa. Since that time the company has quickly established a reputation for delivering quality customer-orientated service, while staying abreast of advancing technology, installation complexities and roofing systems. Simluc maintains a highly skilled unionized workforce whose training is ongoing and kept up to date on a continuing basis through regular courses, seminars and in-house training. We pride ourselves of our tremendous achievements as we possess extensive skills and capabilities to ensure customer satisfaction. Found in the Sheffield Road industrial park, Simluc's main office building is located on Blackwell Street. This location was chosen for its proximity to Ottawa's major roads and highways, Hunt Club Road and the Queensway, as examples, which allows for speedy response and minimal travel time to projects.
