We are committed to providing a comprehensive service to incorporate effective aesthetic design with the practical issues of time, quality and cost. Trevor Hall FRICS, founder of STH in 1987, is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 35 years’ experience in the property industry. Trevor is highly experienced in all aspects of development including commercial, industrial, residential and care facilities. Paul Simmons ACIAT, an associate partner, is an Architectural Technologist who joined us in 1997. He has extensive knowledge of site management, property services and architectural design and detailing. Nick Sharp BSc. Hons MFPWS, an associate partner, is a Building Surveyor who joined us in 2010. Nick specialises in party wall matters and oversees repair and redecoration programmes and surveying projects. All partners are expert in the field of project management.
