Simms Restaurants is a collection of 4 unique concepts; Simmzy's, Tin Roof Bistro, Manhattan Beach Post and Fishing With Dynamite, each brand possessing its own unique ambiance and vibe. One has you casually hanging with the locals enjoying craft beers, Simmzy’s Burgers and unique artisan pub food. Another will have you roaming rustic wine country sipping small production wines and nibbling wood fire oven pizza near a fountain on an Al Fresco patio. A third will have you mingling with south bay’ers at communal tables enjoying handcrafted cocktails and sharing small plates in a high spirited, renovated postal room and 2 doors down you’ll be embracing the charm of a quaint seaside east coast cottage energized by the vibrant west coast enjoying oysters and raw bar favorites with other pristine seafood surprises. Our Chef driven kitchens construct entrées featuring flavor profiles from around the globe using only scratch ingredients.~We are willingly compelled to connect with local, surrounding farms, breweries, and wineries celebrating all things craft~ Our menus travel culinary terrains from humble comfort food with eclectic twists to exotic and over the top masterpieces.
