I often see business owners confuse business and marketing coaching with consulting. A consultant normally assesses what needs to change in a business and then carries out the required work to make the change. The downside I see with this is the business owner is not involved in helping implement the required work. Therefore, the major problem this leads to is the high probability of the business reverting back to its old ways and old habits prior to the consultant being engaged. As a business and marketing coach, I will help you in a multitude of ways.
