Simon Choi comprises retail business consultancy and coaching services. Simon is a highly experienced retail and communications expert - he works with clients to improve their customer experience thereby achieving business outcomes. Although Simon's experience is primarily in retail banking and personal financial services such as 401k / superannuation, he has also worked with clients in retail department stores and hospitality (including casinos and hotels). Services include- Retail Sales and Service - Transformation and Strategy - Leadership Development, MBTI, EQ, L&D - Change Management and Project Delivery Since starting his career as a retail banking graduate with ANZ Bank in Australia Simon has facilitated and trained many retail branch and contact centre staff as well as leaders of front line teams. Later, as a change management and transformation consultant Simon has worked with various head office functional employees and leaders in delivering large transformation programs such as global people related projects at EY and KPMG. Simon Choi Consulting works with companies primarily in the US. However, we also work with clients in the financial centers of Hong Kong (Simon speaks Cantonese) and Singapore.
