It’s containment and decision clarity when things are heavy. Before this work, I was a professional cricketer with Kent and Derbyshire. I also learned first-hand what happens when pressure is carried too long without a safe place to process it. That period included addiction, PTSD, depression, and suicidal ideation. I’m now in long-term recovery. I don’t share that as a story. I share it because the people I work with don’t need theory. They need someone who understands pressure from the inside and can work calmly, precisely, and honestly when the stakes are high. For over a decade, I’ve supported founders, CEOs, equity partners, senior executives, and leadership teams operating under sustained responsibility. Much of the work is done privately, one-to-one. Where organisations are involved, I’ve delivered programmes and keynotes for firms including Clyde & Co, Clifford Chance, EY, BBC, Virgin, the British Army, the ECB, TLT Solicitors, and Lloyds Bank.
