Simon Fenton Partnership (SFP) are a leading Cost Consultancy Practice operating throughout the North of England from our Manchester Head Office. We are a construction support Consultancy partnering with many of the regions leading Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Universities and Private Residential Developers. In addition to providing the core services of Cost Consultancy and Quantity Surveying, SFP provide a range of complimentary services including Employer’s Agent, Cost Management, Contract Administration, Fund Monitoring, Principal Designer (CDM) duties, Clerk of Works and Expert Witness. We operate in many different sectors of the construction industry and have specialist teams providing services to the Housing (both new build, refurbishment and estate regeneration and Masterplanning works, Public Realm, Education, Arts and Leisure buildings including projects supported by the Arts Council and Big Lottery Fund, Hospital and Commercial sectors. Our work and involvement on building projects has been rewarded with over 100 regional and national awards from both the RIBA, RICS and Civic Trust.
