SCEP was founded in 2021 with an aim of helping the local community via movement as medicine. SCEP believes that prevention is better than a cure and by promoting the extensive benefits of exercise, aims to assist those in creating healthy habits and solid exercise foundations. Exercise prescription is not "one-size-fits-all". SCEP provides highly individualised exercise prescription, utilising in depth knowledge of chronic conditions and the effects of exercise on each. SCEP is for all ages, all conditions and all abilities. This is reflected in the multiple services SCEP offers. Whether you are an athlete aiming to improve your specific sport, elderly and wanting to improve your ability to do daily activities, or recovering from an injury or surgery, SCEP has a program for you!
