Simple Energy Pvt. Ltd.(SEPL) is a Joint Venture of InfraCo Asia and Saral Urja Nepal. SEPL intends to develop 8MW distributed solar rooftop grid connected projects across Nepal, focusing on Commercial and Industrial (C&I) segment. In doing so, SEPL will contribute towards increasing share of renewable energy in total energy mix of Nepal and help the transition towards a cleaner and sustainable energy system. While developing distributed solar projects in Nepal, SEPL maintains prudent social and environmental standards following International Finance Company (IFC) standards. SEPL has signed several letters of intent and Power Purchase Agreements with clients. SEPL contributes to the effort to reduce CO2 emissions through its distributed solar projects.
