My Vision – I exist to assist in the quality development of humans My Mission – I provide expert and creative coaching interventions for individuals and businesses that enable them to grow and develop effectively and quickly. Numerous managers have benefited from my dynamic coaching style for 30 years. And, for the last 10 of these – in the capacity of executive coach and manager – I’ve developed a successful coaching and mentoring business. Most coaching sessions are one-to-one with specific focus on developing key strengths; weaknesses are left where they belong – in the past. Major customers include the Royal Bank of Scotland, Highlands & Islands Enterprise, Sytner Car Group, Scottish Water and a variety of SME companies across the UK. My Executive Coaching skills are complemented by specialist experience in Leadership and Management Programs, communications, strategic and business planning and people development systems. Passionate about delivering desired outcomes, coaching is my primary Leadership and Management style. Clients enjoy being challenged by my direct hands-on approach and seem to appreciate my sense of humour along the way. Qualified as a professional Coach through the Coaching and Mentoring Institute, College of Executive Coaching and Mindstore, Scotland, I’m also a trained Emotional Intelligence assessor, behavioural profiler, Belbin Team role analyst and Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner. Academic achievements include an Honours degree in Psychology and 2 Business Diplomas in Strategic Management. I'm a Member of the Chartered Management Institute and the Association for Coaching. My work-life balance is kept on an even keel as I love to travel, and am a keen cinema and theatre goer. Also a networker, writer of articles and a Member of the Association of Free Lance Writers.
