We are a team of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, Certified Nutritionists and Board Certified Nutrition Specialists using a functional, sustainable and realistic approach to your health; personalized for your body, labs, genetics, lifestyle, relationship with food and body and goals. We practice Health at Every Size (HAES) and Nutrition Counseling in a safe, inclusive space. We work in partnership with you to create a custom wellness plan based on you and your needs. We will help you to connect with a team of health care practitioners that suit your needs for a team approach. We will also gladly join your current health team and are happy to coordinate care. Our practitioners each have their unique specialties and expertise. Our clinicians are client centered and meet you where you are at. We utilize nutrition counseling, nutrition education, nutrition testing, therapeutic cooking education, grocery tour education, therapeutic nutrition plans, and the skill set of our team to support you in the way that works best for you. We recognize and honor your individual relationship with food and weave this into your work with us.
