Simplifi Law specialises in legal advice, early intervention and conflict resolution – all with a view to avoiding litigation. It works with businesses, families and family businesses. Simplifi Law’s founding principle is that whilst legal problems aren’t always simple, the right solutions often are. It is founded and run by two qualified and experienced attorneys, who believe that litigation, often the first port of call in a dispute, should be seen as a last resort. Simplifi Law was co-founded by Gawie Malan – a corporate, commercial and contract law specialist, and Hannah Wilson – a family, marital and divorce law practitioner. Together, they have combined practice experience of 50 years.
