SCR has over 20 years international experience in assessing risk in a wide range of corporate environments, defining policy and process for business and managing ongoing risks through auditing and employment investigations. We provide Consultancy Services to clients assessing and developing existing and defining new corporate policy, process and procedure, and where required procurement (of equipment used in conjunction with policy and process), to manage all forms of risk. We also provide Audit Services for clients giving on-going assessment and development programs in relation to compliance with and management of existing policy and procedure. Finally, with our background and experience, we offer experienced corporate Investigation Services into a wide range of situations including, but not restricted to, employee dishonesty, malpractice, whistleblowing allegations or compliance situations. This includes the management of the information gathering process, interviewing employees and the documentation and presentation of evidence for decision-making and disciplinary processes (where situations require it).
