At Simply Energy, it’s all about helping you feel your best. When our energy is in balance, we can experience a healthy body, mind and spirit. We are able to live our life with ease, in a healthy, vibrant way. It’s about empowering my clients to take control of their own health and wellbeing. As I have heard others say before me “Healing is an inside job”. My practice combines Eden Energy Medicine (EEM), Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT), and other modalities as needed, to give you the tools and information to create a healthy mind and body. I work with every individual, wherever they are at in their journey, to create a program that will work for them.
