We developed our course to teach general dentists (and their staff) the basics of implant, restorative dentistry from a didactic, surgical placement, and restorative perspective. Our course includes a lecture portion, a lab section, and bone grafts and implant surgery on live patients. As our student dentists gain more experience, they will be better equipped to take future courses (from us or any other school, lab, or implant company) with more skill and confidence. LIVE Course – Core 1 and Core 1+ Basic Training Implant Boot Camp (Full Arch) TAKING A DOCTOR WITH NO EXPERIENCE TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE LARGE IMPLANTS CASES IN TWO INTENSE COURSE SESSIONS. Main objective for course Core 1-1+ is to get the dentist trained quickly in a controlled environment, so that by the end of four days the doctors can handle 70 percent of the implants that come into their practice. The doctors will also be at the level to be able to handle a large case by the end of the course. Course will have a lot of singles placements, extractions, grafting, stem cell grafting and the last day, each doctor will complete their first large case on one patient. Each doctor utilizing their skills that they perform during the first three days. LIVE Course – Core 2 – Advanced Implant Training Course (Big Cases & Full Mouth) Main objective for course Core 2 – is to get the dentist comfortable with perfecting their skills on large implant cases. From the surgery to restorative procedures. Each doctor will only have large cases in this course, not single placements. Each doctor will improve on speed, confidence and skills with complex cases, as well as be comfortable with sedation dentistry.
