I am teaching in my Pole dance room on one-piece Pole with 5 cm diameter made from stainless steel which is 2,5 m long with option to switch mode to spin. I am cooperating with pole dance studio Firefly and Pole Heaven so the private lessons can have place also there. Poles in both studios are with 4,5 cm diameter and 3 m long. In lessons I emphasize especially on correct technical execution of individual spins, tricks and physical training. Simply Pole pole dance room is near metro station "C" Háje.
