Simply Staffed is an SAP Partner providing SuccessFactors support and talent acquisition services to commercial and public-sector organizations. Our work focuses on helping organizations get more value from SAP SuccessFactors by improving usability, adoption, and day-to-day outcomes across recruiting and HR workflows. Founded by recruiters and HR practitioners, Simply Staffed brings a functional, execution-focused perspective to SuccessFactors delivery. We support organizations already live on SuccessFactors who want the system to better support hiring, onboarding, performance, and ongoing employee development—without unnecessary disruption. Engagements are senior-led and clearly scoped, designed to keep work controlled and outcomes predictable. We do not sell software or licenses, which allows us to stay focused entirely on delivery and results. In addition to SuccessFactors support, we provide talent acquisition services including direct-hire recruiting, contract recruiting, and staff augmentation, supporting organizations during periods of growth, change, or capacity constraint.
