His first publication was founded in 1996 in Los Angeles, called The Renter magazine was acquired by the Los Angeles Times in 1998. Over the past 2 decades, he has grown Simply the Best into one of the largest high-end publications in South Florida with average page counts of over 200 pages in each issue.
