SimulTOF Systems (formerly known as Virgin Instruments) produces a new generation of MALDI-TOF(TOF) solutions for biological and clinical applications. Our Founder and CSO, Marvin Vestal, received the 2010 ASMS award for a “Distinguished Contribution to Mass Spectrometry.” Marvin is widely recognized for driving the commercialization of "delayed extraction" MALDI-TOF and TOF-TOF. We have worked for several years on further advancements in MALDI-TOF MS that we are now bringing to the market. Our hardware incorporates patented advances that provide a quantum leap in speed, sensitivity and selectivity. These are coupled with advanced software to optimize workflows for biomarker, tissue imaging, and clinical research applications.
