Sindihogar Sindillar

The Union was founded in 2011 in the absence of an independent organization, with gender, class, and race perspective and a legal framework of a union. We do not form part of any majority union. We appropriate our capacity of agency, of self-representation, and autonomy, we are migrants with a voice speaking from our experiences, denouncing the injustices that we live, and expressing our needs. We are a feminist, anti-racist, and decolonial union and we work in a horizontal and assembly-based manner. Sindihogar arises from and for the unity of women and their need to encourage and promote real spaces of political, social, and cultural participation. The union makes visible, defends, claims, and focuses on the care we provide, which is the bedrock of the current capitalist system.
