In the current market, the main challenge construction companies face are qualified and loyal technical staff to start and/or complete the contracted work in time. Not being able to do what you are good at (Contracting) reliably creates uncertainty. This could even cause financial hardship where clients impose penalties for late delivery. Would it not be great if that uncertainty could be reduced? Qualified staff is in short supply in most parts of Europe and getting staff from abroad may seem riddled involving enormous risks and even more uncertainty. Our background is in construction. We have challenged ourselves to find a solution that would be workable and comply with all the legalities involved.
