These core values are: Financial literacy and Personal Growth and Development Financial literacy - expanded- Respecting and re-evaluating the wisdom of the older generations, such as frugality,savings and the creation of wealth- Accepting the practical wisdom of the newer generations and implementing long-term strategy for success in the existing financial system of the world- Implementing practical wisdom in one’s own personal finance. Personal Growth & Development - expanded- A life-long learning system which creates individuals with a developed inner sense of security and self-reliance- Practical education applicable today- An expanding self-development system for those individuals who choose to apply it- A career for people who want to succeed in life by changing the society for the better. In the course of the company’s fast paced existence, S+ attracts an even greater number of experienced, educated and highly motivated individuals. The training team at S+ is comprised of 14 qualified individuals. The broader team of associates is a group of 80 people who are constantly upgrading their knowledge, applying it to their everyday lives and slowly but surely changing the world around them.
