Welcome to Sinew, an organisation committed to make India fit and secure. Sinew has been founded by Martial Arts practitioners who collectively share more than 40 years of experience of training on Karate, Judo and Jiu-Jitsu. After years of research and enquiry on basics and application of techniques in Martial arts, Sinew has discovered gap in the conventional form of delivery of instructions on education in Martial Arts in India. Sinew endeavors to bridge the gap by correlating each technique practiced to that of application in Martial Arts thereby adding a new dimension to the delivery of instruction. Each program designed by our experts intensely focuses on basics, conditioning with partners and application of techniques practiced in a simulated environment. Our programs are time bound and result oriented. We offer tailor made programs based on your athleticism, diet, lifestyle and age. We constantly monitor your progress on the development of skills, fitness and other parameters relevant to learning the art and give feed backs on your areas of improvement. We not only monitor but also document your progress and at the end of the program we give you a comprehensive report on your performance at different stages of delivery of our instructions.
