SINGE is a multi-media social impact company that creates educational content for overlooked populations, with a focus on gender equality and migration. Our current content focus is women's safety & security in mobility. Mobility has always been a central element in human behaviour: migration is one of the ways we adapt to changing environmental conditions, and societal, economic and political challenges. The number of international migrants and displaced people has increased exponentially over the past 10 years alone, and is estimated to be almost 372 million globally, inclusive of internally displaced peoples, migrant workers, immigrants and expats, and refugees. 50% are women and girls. Regardless of the reason why a person may migrate, displacement creates a new relationship to the world for the migrant, who must build a completely new life with little (if any) infrastructure or tools for connection, integration or investment in their new home. SINGE fills that space, creating educational content delivered via platforms and products designed to help our mobile, migrating species adapt to life in new places, whether to create a temporary home or build a longterm legacy. Our current content focus is improving safety and security for women in mobility, from crossing town, crossing borders to crossing gender-based socio-economic barriers. As a social impact company, SINGE is driven by a social purpose that is global to the company and shared across all products and services: Unlocking human potential by providing foundational tools for physical safety and security in order to redirect valuable resources and free up a greater diversity of voices that can contribute towards long-term solutions for local, global and systemic challenges.
