SingularLab was founded by a team of professionals with long-standing experience in capital markets and securitisation. Through our work, we would like to contribute to the development of the financial and securitisation markets in Spain and abroad, helping promote best practices and industry standards. In this direction, we would also like to offer workshops and training services to the local financial community. SingularLab is looking to work with market participants to design value-added financing structures. We are looking to work with originators to arrange innovative transactions that maximize value for them, while still being sensitivity to investors’ demands. At SingularLab, we are firm believers in the merits offered by the “securitization toolbox”, and would like to offer tailor-made solutions to market participants based on those tools.
