Sinkhole Gin

There’s a special place in a corner of South Australia. It’s known by the locals as Kilsby Sinkhole. Renowned for its natural beauty, Kilsby Sinkhole contains crystal-clear water that has been limestone-filtered for thousands of years as it gradually progresses towards the coast. This makes it a perfect location to craft the finest gin, aptly called Sinkhole Gin. It’s created in small batches using this unique water, as well as locally sourced honey, muntries and other carefully selected botanicals.
