Sinobo Group Co, Ltd.(“Sinobo Group”) was founded in 2005 as an investment holding company focusing on industrial and strategic investments. Sinobo Group’s current investments are primarily concentrated in mining and property, as well as the internet. Sinobo Land Co, Ltd.(“Sinobo Land”), Sinobo Mining Investment Co, Ltd.(“Sinobo Mining”) and Sinobo Technology Investment Holdings Co, Ltd.(“Sinobo Technology”) are wholly owned subsidiaries of Sinobo Group and serve as independent operations and management platforms for their respective sectors. They each operate and invest independently under the authorization of their respective boards of directors. Each subsidiary also makes its own financing decisions and is responsible for implementation of its respective sector development strategy. Sinobo Group fully exercises its investors’ rights to actively participate in Board decision-making and supervision and support and encourage the management team to achieve its development goals. Sinobo Group’s goals are to grow into an internationally respected and renowned investment company and to become the market leader in each of the industries in which it operates.
