Our mission is for young people of all colours and capabilities to have access to essential information that promotes growth in every aspect of their lives. We are a non profit organization dedicated to building a community of young people that offers inspiration, connection and skill development. Our Vision is to empower young professionals today. SIPO embodies the following strategies to deliver its vision of empowering young people today: INSPIRE: SIPO provides a platform called SIPOconference where speakers share their authentic stories to youth to inspire action in their lives. CONNECT: SIPO creates networking events to promote collaboration, partnerships, new ideas, teamwork and community involvement. EQUIP: SIPO develops skills in young people through its workshops promoting personal and professional skill development.
