Sirap was set up in 1981 and has grown into an enterprise/B2B specialised ICT supplier and partner. We are the local partners/distributors for Eaton UPS systems, Synology, Zebra labelling equipment, Supermicro Workstations & Servers and we also have a rich product portfolio including Sonicwall Security systems, D-Link, HPE & Ubiquiti networking products, Overland Tandberg Backup systems amongst others Sirap provides technical support on all hardware and software issues. Many of our large customers outsource their ICT function from Sirap and this is regulated through our ‘System Administration and Hardware Maintenance’ Service level agreements. These contracts are customised to the customers’ specific needs. We also specialise in disaster recovery, business continuity and cloud-based software.
