Siriraj Genomics

Siriraj Genomics was initially established as Siriraj Center of Research Excellence (SiCORE)-Precision Medicine by the Faculty policy in 2017 to facilitate multi-disciplinary research in the strategic area. We primarily focused on implementing 'Precision Medicine' paradigm, integrating genome technology and other molecular techniques in research on cancer, chronic diseases and various hereditary conditions. SiCORE-Precision Medicine was transformed to Siriraj Genomics in 2020 to integrate all academic, research and clinical services of Genomic Medicine and Precision Medicine throughout the Faculty under one roof. The unit provides various clinical laboratory diagnostic services in molecular genetics including cancer germline and tumor sequencing, pharmacogenomics and several monogenic disorders. Siriraj Genomics is Thailand's largest clinical genomic lab providing more than clinical genomic tests and more than cancer NGS panel tests per year.
