Eros-Creative provides workshops and classes that explore how trauma healing and sexual-sensual empowerment can enhance creative freedom and financial empowerment in arts and business. Sexuality-sensuality refers to the holistic experience of connecting with one's body, feelings, emotional - psychological desires and expressions, and sensory pleasures that allow us to appreciate life. It encompasses sexual orientation, gender identity, and practices; elements of our humanity that enrich both personal well-being and the quality of intimate relationships. It also fuels creative expression by deepening connection to one's authentic self, inspiring innovative thinking and artistic pursuits that promote healing among oneself and communities. However, several factors can hinder us from experiencing a fulfilling relationship with our bodies and sexuality-sensuality, thereby negatively impacting our self-worth, creative self-expression and sense of financial agency. This limits our ability to create positive change within ourselves and the external world. Such factors include: Histories of trauma, cultures of sexual violence, racism, living within a patriarchal-capitalist society, and social-cultural messages embedded in shame. Eros-Creative helps people un-learn oppressive narratives to create from a place of compassion and connection with their body's inner wisdom, truth, and guidance - to honor their unique medicine the world needs.
