Sisi Bagels

It all starts with an idea. When we started thinking about the SI SI BAGELS project, we wanted to transcribe the flavor of the New York Bagel as we know it. A generous, homemade bagel, tasteful and at a good price. We go to New York every year and we realize that one thing is missing in our life, the New York Bagel here in Madrid. We tried almost every bagel shop from New York to Tokyo, found the best bagel makers and learned a lot about the product. We work as locally as possible with our producers, everything is made in our kitchen, a good bagel with a good coffee. We spend a lot of time perfecting every detail of our customer experience and we hope you like it. See you soon, Cristian and Victoria.
