At Sister Strength PT, our mission is to provide safe support, guidance, and personalized care to women in their middle-age journey. Driven by our own experiences of overcoming health challenges, we are dedicated to helping women reclaim their health and vitality. Our goal is to walk along side women as they heal by offering holistic treatments and compassionate support. Whether in-person or virtually, physical therapy treatment for pelvic health and chronic pain conditions, every patient will feel safe and supported on their journey to healing. We are a fee-for-service and out of network physical therapy practice. Services provided include a personalized plan of care focusing on goals for self healing along with options for dry needling, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular re-education.
