SisterWorks is a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to empowering women from migrant, refugee, and asylum-seeker backgrounds through employment, entrepreneurship, and social inclusion. Since 2013, we have supported over 3,500 women from 105 countries. Driven by the belief that every woman deserves economic independence, SisterWorks offers job readiness training, mentorship, and a marketplace for women entrepreneurs to showcase and sell their products. Through these resources, we help women build the skills, confidence, and networks they need to succeed. Guided by our values of respect, inclusion, and empowerment, we work to dismantle barriers and create opportunities where women can thrive—both in the workforce and in their communities. By providing a strong support system, we foster an environment where every woman can realise her potential and make a meaningful contribution to the broader economy.
