A decade of developing stores for Walmart lead him to Philadelphia, PA in 2010 where he became executive management partner of a real estate development company with over 6 million square feet of retail in the Northeast. Since relocating back to Northwest Arkansas in 2014, Matt has directed the Sitton Group in the acquisition and development of multiple class A shopping centers. Charlotte Glick joined forces with Matt in 2019, as the Director of Leasing and Sales. She brings with her over 20 years experience of Leasing and Management of Retail Centers in the Dallas, TX Market.
