Sivux Inc provides seasonal staffing solutions to U.S. Employers. Our service is free of charge. We promote the "USA Work and Travel Program" on several markets (Russia, Bulgaria, Mongolia, Turkey and others). This is a government regulated program which enables international university students to visit the U.S. on a J-1 (cultural exchange) visa and legally work for up to 4 months. The J-1 status is really unique. All participants are eligible to apply for and obtain a Social Security Number. At the same time your J-1 employees are exempt from paying Social Security Tax, Medicare and FUTA. They are not exempt from paying personal income taxes (federal, state and local). All students have a medical insurance for the duration of their program (USD coverage is the minimum requirement set by the U.S. Department of State).
