Siwatibau and Sloan is a commercial law firm with the relevant skill set to provide commercial legal advice in Fiji and the region. While we are a full service commercial law firm, we have specialised in the areas of commercial property, construction, telecommunications, regulatory and administrative work, oceans and environment, employment and intellectual property. Regardless of the area, our focus is to work with clients from the early stages of any matter, provide early advice in order to best assist our clients and avoid the common pitfalls. We achieve this through combining local knowledge with a sound understanding of the law and commercial principles. Our firm is interested in partnering with clients who want to invest in Fiji and comply with its legal and governance framework. We work across many sectors, and regularly support various government ministries and the NGO sector in regulatory work to do with oceans, fisheries and the environment. Much of this work is pro-bono.
