We work with factories who do not employ workers under 16 years and provide living wages as the basic pay on a timely basis. Our factories do not have forced labor practices, which means that no one is forced to work overtime against their wishes and if they do work overtime, there is an extra overtime pay allowance.The manufacturing facilities health and safety compliant and certified.
