Sixth Street Wellness provides therapy that centers the experience of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. We help our clients draw upon their unique strengths, inner wisdom, and personal histories to face challenges and pursue growth. We understand societal inequities and pressures, and use this knowledge to guide clients as they navigate the external influences that negatively impact mental health. We strive to provide a space where clients are understood and valued for who they are today, respected for the journey they have taken to get here, and supported in their next steps. Whatever brings them to therapy, we’re here to honor their stories.
